Click on the “Run” button in the toolbar.
		
You will be asked to specify a file name for the simulation data.

Give the result file a name, e.g., “Chocolate.data” and click the “Save” button. The simulation starts. You can monitor the progress by checking the counter in the “# runs” field.

When the counter reaches the number specified in the “# Main simul. runs” field, the simulation stops.
